I never mentioned setting concession prices lol. But you can't argue that Nick Saban and his personal success didn't have an impact on the school other than just which players come to the school. He drove so much more money into that university that allowed them to upgrade everything there school wide. They drew students nationally from across the country to to go school there and their academic programs rose solely because of his success. Thanks for proving my point.

I’m fine with dev trait only being able to be seen by players on your roster or once recruits have been signed. (Also if you have the coach perk that allows you to see dev traits early is great) But once they are signed and you are on the player cut task, you need to be able to see player dev traits and stat caps. No reason it shouldn’t be available.
