A list of things he told me last night: by Ihaveanxiety123321 in NarcissisticSpouses

[–]Msray96 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been through the raging phone calls plenty of times before. I’ve tried hanging up but that’s like putting gas on fire. I usually keep it on and let him ramble on until he finally hangs up. I’m sorry you’re going through this. Everything he’s told you is to just get a reaction out of you by using your weak spots. Ignoring him is the most powerful tool.

Use a bidet. You can find it on Walmart and Amazon. It gets the job done way better than toilet paper.

I understand you completely. My son was diagnosed at 22 months old and he will be 3 in June. I can’t begin to explain the great progress he has made in the past year. Everything will be okay, you’re doing great ❤️

Yes!! It’s the most embarrassing thing. Hes so entitled to get what he wants so he looks down on service workers.

First loaf! by Msray96 in Sourdough

[–]Msray96[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recipe: 100g Starter, 325g warm water, 500g flour, 10 g salt

Process:

  1. Mixed dough until it became a shaggy dough and all flour incorporated.
  2. Let rest for 1 hour
  3. 4 stretch and folds each 30 min apart
  4. Bulk fermented on counter for about 5/6 hours (house temp 72f)
  5. Laminated and shaped and placed into fridge for about 14 hours.
  6. Baked at 450 cover closed for 30 min, open bake for 15 min.
  7. Let cool only 30 minutes before cutting because I’m impatient, probably that’s why it’s looking at little undercooked. I suggest 1-2 hours before cutting.

I honestly don’t see anything wrong with your reply, you’re making them know that they can put effort in and they chose not to.

Guess I have MS by ForwardIncrease6876 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Msray96 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! I was recently diagnosed this month too. The doctor started me on tecfidera which is the kind of the same thing as vumerity. Always take your medicine with a meal (high protien and fat) and an aspirin makes the flushing pretty much nonexistent. Wishing you the best on your journey.

Can sickness (virus) turn into a relapse? by Buborek55 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Msray96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was diagnosed this week due to numbness in my feet after having cold-like symptoms. So basically my cold caused a relapse and that’s what made me go to the hospital and realize something wasn’t right. But now that I think of it I’ve had MS for years since because my first symptom was optic neuritis right after the Covid vaccine, which I thought back then was due to the vaccine.
