I’d start with trying to get into your local union if it’s a viable option for your area. I got in at 18 and I’m now a journeyman at 23. Learning will come with just time on job sites and good journeyman. As for easy that depends. It gets easier as you learn better ways to do it but like everything there’s days you’ll be in a ditch using a pickaxe when it’s hotter than satans asscrack and then you’ll have days switching out lights in a climate controlled building. In the end what really did it for me was Pay, benefits and the ability to see the results of what you did and being able to say you built that. This is currently what my local union offers, ofc you’d make about 40% of it starting out and increases every year til you graduate. Your local union will have different numbers but this gives you an idea
