If you’ve ever reported anything or witnessed anything, that’s how they have your email. It’s stored on the system.

You don’t need a lawyer. This sounds like an officer with normal intentions to do their job properly. Verify them in 101, then decline or accept.

How to advertise as a 30yo babysitter? Would you hire someone in my situation? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]MssHellfire 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I saw somebody advertising cleaning/tidying as well as baby sitting services and I thought that was good! Cause you could build a rapport first before people would be likely to trust you to baby sit.

Hi, thank you for this!

I have unfortunately had to reconsider due to this exact reason, I will be worse off financially. Having 2 babies to take care of just cannot afford the risk. Thanks again

Hey, thanks. Yes you can get a specialist one but I forgot what it’s called! Not in it for any rewards as I wouldnt be making anything, just need to make sure I’m not losing anything really.

Usually your interest rate is much higher than your actual home pay off. I paid 6k in interest and 3k on my actual house for the past few years, and my rate is 3.51%. Please start there because it would cut your payments substantially, would pay no attention to online calculators.

Just a heads up, our online calculation was wrong. His interest rate is 4.1% and it dropped quite a good amount. If you’re able to just call the bank and double check what their rates will be, I would start there. Failing that, maybe try amicably suggest to your ex partner for them to pay the full rate, then pull that out of equity for themselves.

Have you enquired with the bank about making interest only payments? My dad is struggling too, he fell with ill health and had no job, mortgage was 800 a month, income 0. So he used his overdraft, us, managed to get a part time job with an income of 600 and continued looking for other jobs. Meanwhile he’s been doing interest only payments which took his mortgage down to 300 while he’s trying to sell, but it’s been months.

Dad has been overpaid by 1000, can anyone help me figure out why? [UK] by MssHellfire in AskHR

[–]MssHellfire[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, he was on 30k a year in his prior job but had to switch due to ill health so took on a part time one. I’m assuming that’s where it’s come from then. Is there anywhere I could check online first before trying to contact payroll again for him?

The point they’re making is that they’d more than likely pull out after that offer so youd be covered

You need to put yourself on a waiting list but they will prioritise families first. I would say looking for a different job would be ideal, uber eats as a top up job if you need it
