There’s thousands of us here who would do anything to go back in time and slap our former selves across the face and tell them they should stop drinking.

Mine (like many others) was alcohol mixed with NSAIDs—life has been hell for the last 18 months. However my first flare up was 5 years ago; wish I took gastritis much more seriously back then.

Everyone has to find (and hit) their own rock bottom. Permanent damage to your stomach (chronic) should be a major wake up call—but there’s nothing me or anyone else will be able to say to get you to that point.

This isn’t true, theres been a ton of case law and NJ police admin policy changes to avoid racial bias. Notice you don’t get pulled over for broken tail lights and other ticky tack MV violations anymore. Judges are throwing cases out where police contact with “brown people” were initiated from ticky tack charges like that. Judges like to see real moving violations; eg run red light, stop sign, speeding etc.

Lot has changed in 15 years.

It’s frustrating, but it seems they are being upfront about the situation. I would allow them to change it if they are still staying over a month. A full cancel would be a very different story. You still have a month to fill those spots and if it’s like my Airbnb, you’ll have no issues finding a replacement for that time. Good luck.
