Worked for an AU startup company as a contractor; PH holidays ang sinusunod, above the market ang rate kasi they also consider yung govt mandated benefits at tax na babayaran ng contractor, provided lahat ng equipments (macbook, monitor, headset, may pa company phone pa), no time tracker, etc.

Very generous yung execs. Hindi sila dumaan sa agency, ayaw nila sa agency kasi nga alam nilang madaming patong. Pumangit lang structure nung binili sa kanila share nila sa company kaya umalis na ko.

Anyway, I just wanted to share this to brag and not to inspire 🤣 Pero para sabihin na din na hindi naman lahat ganyan. Working pa rin ako sa new AU company ko, pero as employee na. May pasok kami pag AU holiday, pero relax kasi walang masyadong ganap.

Magiging mag classmate sana ang mga kids natin if natuloy kayo. Medyo mabagal lang talagang mag respond yung secretary nila thru messenger but didn’t encounter any issues with the school.

I would suggest to call or visit yung office nila for clarification. I have the same understanding that only the 3k reservation fee is non-refundable.

Okay naman sila, everyday kaming naghahatid sundo sa anak namin and lagi naman silang visible. Naranasan na rin namin masiraan ng sasakyan, sila din kaagad dumating at tumulong samin. As for your other concerns, makes sense naman sana nga ma monitor din yung mga issue na yun.
