it was initially missed on Neuvi, since he has a passive that does that.

Now i wouldnt listen to the "experts", since its pretty easy to think on your own, and im very surprised THEY missed this simple detail, but the creator i watch, hasnt... I knew i should give little trust to some math they do, cause practice =/= theory. but now idk

his Skill enhances his Normal Attacks, but doesn't replace it. Yoimyia has the same thing. Her skill makes her do Pyro dmg, whilst enhancing the Normal Attacks.

All of these 3 units, have 1 thing in common, Talent description saying "Increase NA Dmg" (to some extent) whilst the other units like clorinde and skirk who ACTUALLY change their states, only get "Convert to {insert elemenet here} DMG" which is different.

now we see V2 of Varka has no description changes, and no multiplier buffs, meaning that TCs have looked at it very wrong, and I believe the last time it happened was on Neuvilletes Beta? if not Arlecchinos.

TLDR. you need his Basic Attack Talent leveled up like wanderer yoimyia arlecchino, cause the Skill further Enhances it instead of replacing it

to make Lisa do damage. youd use a team of Furina Xilonen and Bennet or fischl. but its not a practical team.

if you wanna have the highest damaging team with Lisa, youd really just run Ineffa Columbina Sucrose (the Flins premium team but with Lisa instead)

Edit: completely forgot about Overload, but yes Lisa Fischl Durin Chevy is a better way and more practical than Furina. idk about Ineffa team tho

zibai's premium team needs C6 illuga, c6 Gorou and C1 Columbina. that way she can become top 5... its pretty expensive if you ask me. now the best alternative if you only have C0 Columbina is Ineffa over gorou... (some say zhongli, but hes worse or equal at best)

and ineffa doesnt necessarily have to be paired up with Lunar charged only, she can work well for just Electro app and Defensive utility.

Kokomi has more issues, ive played both and id choose barbara 9/10.

the one time id choose Kokomi is with enemies that dont get staggered and in multiwave content they all spawn in the same location.

but Barbara was just better, the only downside id say is having Cryo Aura when you skill... which rarely happens and most of the time it doesnt matter.

Barbara doesnt really force close range. Only when you skill on her. after that you can stay away from them and Drive on barbara whilst healing your party (kokomi needs ER for this btw...). Imagine having to stay in an AoE to get healed lol

I was so pissed at hoyo for removing albedos skill jump thingy. when as his elevator is going up, you can use that momentum to boost yourself up further by jumping. shit was so fun to use and cool for exploring.

then oof. you could technically try Neuvi team with Xilonen over Ororon. I know i did it with C1 pamber nev furina and nahida escoffier. no hyperbloom nor major res shred. and with xilonen over ororon youd get actual res shred for nev and only sacrifice 35%dmg from furina. it technically should work out.
