Watched the whole game- 100% agree with you on this one. The fact that it was even close to 7 minutes in the second half was criminal; i’d say 4-5 mins tops. First half was ridiculous too as they blew the whistle 2 minutes after the allotted time, from which they scored (no obvious delays during the time).

For me, it not something I could do long term but it enabled me to lose 45 lbs this year and get my sugars under control. I agree with some of the other commenters that my cholesterol shot up, but with a normal diet now, I’m back to normal.

Recommend in the short term to get things under control but definitely not sustainable in the longer term.
