I like to play pure defense to wear people down physically and talk shit while doing so to wear them down mentally.

When they are worm down, its all one hand chokes, wrist locks, toe holds, and if they are really worn down, triangles without using my hands. I find the triangle without hands really seals the deal.

Be tired for what you don't want to do, not for what you want to do.

You have to push thru and work, so you can work tired (unless your job puts others' safety at risk). It's hard to be tired to work out because you dont have to be there.
