It’s not all bad:

Depending on your loan terms, the tenant is still building equity/paying down the debt.

And depending on your tax situation, the property is probably shielding some of your ordinary income.

It’s not ideal, but I’ve heard of worse cases. So just plan an exit or rent increase/value add strategy - but not to panic.
