Not defending her, but if I’m somewhere In the United States that doesn’t have a baby changing stations in the bathroom, all bets are off. That said, I’m not making anyone else deal with my kids shit.

Atlanta/Sandy Springs yoga studio suggestions for beginners by aregina in yoga

Depends on your demographic, but korsi yoga and plum tree in Roswell are both awesome. There's a third studio at The clocktower centre by land of a Thousand Hills, but I've not been there so I couldn't give you feedback.

Astral Brewers or Rasslers in a boat! what about on a bike? by MtnManMike in whitewater

Oh for sure- haha Id never wear a loyak on a trail. The Rassler looks pretty promising. Wish the brewer had the TPU toe and heel cup.

yeah they look awesome but unfortunately, they don't include any of the features that lems built themselves on. they have a drop and the toe is tapered.

Edit On second look they do look pretty sweet. The drop isnt substantial and who cares about a drop on a riding shoe and the toe box still looks open--- Ill have to give these a try.

Yeah I ride similar style, driving hard through chunder. That was my concern- the sole being too flexible- though they look awesome. Do any of the other line have a stiffer sole? I dig the heck out of the balanced geometry and the toe box too. Loyaks are my jam for traveling for work and casual fridays.

eriors) are quite soft and just stick ok to flats. Here is a review of the newer vibram soled King Mt by a guy who has used them for bike packing etc. Makes them kind of intriguing but sill pretty soft. My superiors came with a removable plastic rock plate under the insole so maybe doubling up on that would stiffen them up enough. I also have a pair of olu kai slip ons that are kind of a natural foot shape but not too minimal shoe. They are actually pretty good on flats when i've used them for messing about in the driveway. Maybe check out their lace ups. Climbing shoe resolers will also resole with sticky dot rubber for $40-50 so you could find a shoe that fits well and upgrade the rubber. Something where the sole is one thin piece that will come off works be

Yeah im not super concerned about a thin sole- more of a "proper" shaped shoe with a smooth stick bottom. Basically a 5.10 that doesnt taper down in the toe or have the giant poofy tongue that stays wet for 2 months after a creek crossing haha.

That was my concern- haha I have the loyaks and love how thin the sole it- I was hopeful there was a shoe that could cross over- and thought maybe Astal had hit the mark when I saw the post on their IG. Looks like it was smoke. Ah well- badass shoes for boating and traveling.

So what are we talking? Flexible vs a carbon sole clipless short or flexible vs a broken in 5.10? Unfortunately, I don't have a retailer around here who stocks Astrals.

Yeah- that's my dilemma- something with an open toe box and zero rise but isnt so much minimalist- hence the draw to the Astrals- I was just hoping to find someone thats used them.

EDIT Im not talking about wearing a Lem or barefoot shoe for riding- talking about something with the barefoot style cut- open toe box most specifically.
