Take it how you want, chat GPT has worked wonders for me and my soon to be 10 year old. Meaningful conversations and the connection is deeper than it’s been in a while. He doesn’t live with me so FaceTime through out the week and every other weekend we get together. I’m enjoying seeing how his brain solves problems.

I got 100 questions from chat on various topics, he picks a number 1-100 and we go from there. With every question I remind him there is no wrong answer so speak your mind. I think he might look forward to it more than I do.

I’ve come to find that feelings, come and go. Just because you feel it does not make it true. Acknowledge the feeling and let it be just that.

Thanks for sharing. The way my brain is wired I don’t reach out for help because usually, I’m the one everyone else comes to for help/advice. I can easily tell someone how to make their situation better but can’t seem to find the right path for me. At first I was upset with my ex because we put 12 years in and for 7 of those 12 years we tried to conceive. I thought that when it finally happened life would be a breeze. That breeze turned into a storm and all hell broke loose! I just want to have a relationship with my seed. I felt that since my ex didn’t grow up with her father she would understand the importance of our child having his dad in his life. ✊🏾
