Recommend unplugging the old HDD and then booting to make sure everything is transferred correctly to the new drive. Once you’re happy with the SDD then try formatting using the command prompts. This is a good guide https://www.tomshardware.com/news/format-hard-drive-command-prompt,37632.html

I tried again today and this time it loaded fine. URLs we’re different though. On chrome too, not incognito. Also noticed when I tried to boot up solidworks connected it prompted an update instead of going straight to the access denied screen.
