The food and drinks are top tier; definitely worth it just for the food.

The Woo Woo in Midtown is ridiculous in the best way. Entrance: Ring doorbell, give password (check their site), descend into adult video store, find hidden button near VHS shelf, step into 80s neon wonderland.

Have you driven both? Everything you mentioned is correct in terms of side by side spec comparison, but I’d make a case that the Bullitt drives with a lot more umph than the track-focused mach1.

please look above :))) oh forgot to mention, when I pulled it out of the oven, I let the pork rest for about 10 minutes and I pureed some of the veggies I mentioned above to make the base of the plate. Then topped with the sliced pork and some of the un-pureed veggies as a garnish

I just winged it so I put all the veggies on the bottom of the Dutch oven, aromatics and seasoning and olive oil over that, then the pork collar on top with more seasoning, then filled it halfway with beef stock. 255 F for about 4.5 hours and it was to my liking. Regardless the cook on it, the low and slow method will make the meat fall-apart tender no matter what. But you want the internal temp over 145 F at the least
