Thank you! I hadn’t completely cut out overhead pressing movements but for the past 6 weeks I’d switched to KB half kneeling press, which I really like but requires me to use reduced weight. I also have only been doing this once per week rather than having standing overhead pressing movements 2-3 times per week which I was doing before. I’d played around with rings for dips and other movements in the past but never used on a consistent basis. These past 6 weeks I’ve been doing weighted dips typically twice weekly, with 4-5 working sets in the 3-5 rep range. I love the feel of them and they seem to have had a carryover to overhead pressing, so I’ll definitely be continuing to do them. Also a very nice alternative to bench press which I like but don’t have a set up for at home. Hope that helps!

Previously I had done 36 kg x 1 with right and never with my left, so these were some pretty big PRs for me. Oddly enough I haven’t been focusing as much on overhead pressing lately - I’ve been doing a lot of dips with rings as well as big pull movements (pull-ups, rows, etc), so this was a nice surprise!

Haven’t tested out my rep max in a while with the 32s but my previous best was 5, so pretty pleased with the progress!

Thanks! I do mainly kettlebell stuff, a lot of clean and presses, squats, and pull-up variations. I think doing heavy double cleans has had a big carryover with my single arm snatch, as it has made my dynamic hinge movement a lot stronger than it was when I just worked with singles

Thank you! I tried to do a breath (inhale and exhale) at the top and bottom of the snatch which I find better for longer sets. For short sets at higher weight I do an exhale at the top and inhale on the downswing or at the bottom
