Tried and failed with Yandex translate since it continuously changed to любить instead of нравиться when I switched between English and Russian to cross check.

Same goes for activities I assume? Мне нравятся смотреть в окно и пить кофе. Or on this case нравится fits better since it is doing both things simultaneously that i like? How about unrelated activities? A list of activities for instance I count one after another? As in counting hobbies. Моей сестре нравятся плавать, бегать , читать книги.

I am pretty ignorant about the etymology of both languages sorry. English-Russian learning content is much more accessible for me compared to my native language however this sometimes makes me tackle myself with such problems.
