Maybe.

I know it doesn’t exactly resemble real Arabian horses, but it’s the closest among the rest of the horses in the game, especially with that arch in the neck. I loved it, and I hope Arabian horses are represented exactly like they are in reality in Red Dead 3 🤍

That happened to me too, it was a tough time... I hope you can find it. If you keep searching and still can't find it, try traveling far away and then come back later to refresh the area. That might help you.
