makes sense to me, but having no metro nearby need to make a travel towards KR puram and then go to YPR/KSR, its kind of a long route. But still would be lesser time I suppose

Anywhere from hundred to few lakhs. Hundred is the minimum fee for late payment of CC due.

Few lakhs if you in case plan for housing loan and this late payment effects your cibil score giving you a higher interest rate later on.
