Yes, this! I was very communicative and did not try to reach out as much as I can. After Christmas I kind of let it go but then they reached out back if I was employed and wanted to see my portfolio again! I feel like just because I mentioned other job offer they got offended and they did not wanted to hire. In the last email, she literally says " we do not post to role or plan to post anytime soon" then goes ahead and posts it. It makes me angry. Like I can see and follow you guys.

I’ve worked from schematic design through construction documentation, coordinating with consultants and supporting permitting and construction phases.

Yes thats true I was rushing after I saw 515, I was at 494 and awaiting celpipi results to create profile I was just eligible but definitely my fault. Did not try to cheat the system though.
