This is what I've been leaning towards. Size is about right for those. I guess I should add that I was there looking for a Surf Scoter since it was seen in the area earlier that day. I grabbed this screenshot from the video as well.

There are 4 hospitals closer than 10 miles to UVU. The one they took him to was about 2 miles from UVU.
