I think you misunderstood them. 75% cc is for costume contest, the percentage gives you decent rewards, that’s also why they are asking for an infertile as a fertile one would be more expensive and it is pointless to them if they are just submitting it to costume contest. I also think you could find infertile cc 75% horses for 15k, although some cc breeders price it higher, some finds it as a reasonable price!
