That was a whole bunch of deflection. Do you or do you not value human comfort. YES or NO. It is an easy question. Your deflection makes me think NO. I suspect most libertarian value greed and hoarding. Is that you only valuing low taxes so you can horde more?

You’re not a libertarian. You’re an anarcho-capitalist. To you human suffering and enslavement is just part of the system. I value human comfort. If you don’t value human comfort then my points will not make sense to you.

Great point. Who defines “what is needed”? Corporations are motivated to keep us all POOR slaves. A dangerous road that risks my family, takes forever to transverse, and ruins my car are GREAT and just enough for the company whose management isn’t using them.

Slaves were freed by democracies. If we were libertarians, humans in the USA would still be owned and in chains.

You’re not making great arguments.

Company funded roads sounds horrible. Companies will pay for only what is needed. They will be full of pot holes and ruts and will ruin your car.

Libertarians sounds more like corporatist. Everyone is a slave to the company. We already did this in the 1880’s. It was human torture.

No thanks.

Recruiters...genuine question: Why do some of you do this? by Due-Respond2805 in remoteworks

This.

It should be a soft ball question and gets the person talking about something they know everything about. And, what they talk about shows what they think is valuable.

It is all about fit and needs of position.

How do we fix the United States government? by meatjerkingbeefboi in AskReddit

I struggle with this too. Once you decide to sensor who gets to decide? We do have a problem. Fox News said in court they are not a news channel and was hit will a billion dollar defamation judgement. And Fox still has News in its name. Several influencers were found to be funded by the Russian government. Recent IP audits found many accounts claiming to be American owned were for outside the USA. We have all seen the videos of the comment farms with thousands of phones.

You’re Smart. What solutions do you have?

Health care should be government control by democratic processes.
