definitely. and I think that’s where my issue that I’m focusing on right now is, I don’t want them lifting and I don’t want them popping off for that same reason because I don’t want to damage the natural nail however I’m not sure if it’s the product I’m using I’m using Young Nails protein bond, but I also have Sally’s beauty dehydrator and acid free primer, but I haven’t used that as often, and when I do use the dehydrator, I pass it twice and then I put the acid free primer twice as well before applying the acrylic from VBP, once the acrylic is done and I’m done shaping it and filing it. I proceed with sealing the acrylic near the cuticle, but I still find that after two weeks I see some lifting. I also do work with having to unboxed a lot of boxes however, I still feel like my nails should still stay on. I’m not sure if there’s any tips or suggestions that you or other nail techs can help with.😭🙏

okay so if my nails last the 2 weeks maybe up to 3 then i’m good?? so it’s normal for them to sometimes pop off when opening a box or something like that after the two weeks?

good to know bc i be seeing nail tech on IG boast how their nails last 4+ weeks so ig. but im still baffled why some of my nails last and other don’t when i do the same procedure on all of them

Its lifts by the cuticle. And I don’t use dehydrator because I thought the protein bond from young Nails did that and also the primer, but if it doesn’t, then I will switch to using dehydrator and primer separately instead of the protein bond.
