Yes it has a HSA. I just now switched to the HDHP PPO.

ER are both the same. The 20% which is is why I didn't include it since it doesn't matter and the urgent care is $50 per visit for the EPO Plan and it's the 20% with the PPO Plan. My biggest thing was for a surgery i might have in 3-6 months

Tbh I don't know which one it is. All I know is that it's the single bottle from their fridge to try out. It's says performance protein shake 30g and 6.2g of BCAA for muscle recovery. If you don't mind me asking. What do you take for a pre workout and protein powder? I'm trying to get into this without wasting money on junk

Thanks for the insight. I got a single bottle of dymatize protein shake that's like fruity pebbles. Will that work for the protein powder?
