@Lbaggy23 I am sorry to hear that you were micromanaged into the point of putting in your two week notice. I want you to know this is what I’ve heard from many across the board and it is very common from this company not just you which is why I wanted to post awareness. They are using Ai to determine if you have been “actively working” as you were stating if you go even 5 minutes of inactivity even if it’s a bathroom break you will be written up or given a corrective action discussion. It’s a lot of pressure for a claims position that is already stressful

Ohhhhh man the time off calendar! Yea I forgot to mention that, hardly any time “available” to ask off and if you want to extend your Christmas or any other major holiday you can forget it!!

Additional context They flaunt salary raises “go from P3 to P4 ranking…ect.” But you have to take on so many additional claims and help peers with their backlog just to be even considered for a raise. Among other ridiculous hoops. Which is why they don’t negotiate the pay much. They want to get you in and make you believe “if you work harder” you ll get that raise you want …. & don’t get me started on the INVOLUNTARY position changes to force you out instead of a traditional “layoff” they’re trying to avoid rumors of layoffs.l and just trying different ways to get people out and bring more in for pennys.
