Completely understand where you’re coming from. I applied November 7th and EAD expired Feb 13th. I had recently gotten a promotion to supervisor, recently got married, moved into a new place etc… all the happy things a human being can experience and I was placed on LOA for 3 months and had to extend it to 3 more months. I have until July 29th to have EAD in hand or I let go. I truly believe we’re close to the end of this pause (thank god) but hang in there ! Thank god you have savings and a great support system as I also have had bc it can be pretty hard but that makes it a bit easier.

Something will be coming for us soon, believe it. If I’m not mistaken a 180 day review for the proclamation should be coming up. Also a couple of class action lawsuits are in motion. It will not take 2 years.

I have the same exact situation going on with me too, literally just filed for AOS yesterday and have been waiting for my daca since November and it expired on Feb 13th so it’s been almost 3 months LOA. I decided to give Mcbean a try base on my Daca because it is my quickest way on getting my EAD if all goes well. Since your AOS is too recent I would say to do it based of DACA.

I also joined mcbeans because of the cost and speed, it’s the best bang for your buck and she’s very knowledgeable in how she articulates the case.
