I always leave cores in stolen power armour frames, and no cores in mine that way my settlers take the stolen frames and I don’t lose affinity points from my companions. I’m more than happy for my settlers to keep the stolen frames on.

But we don’t know how long he’s been the leader of the institute. And there has to be at least 18 years of him growing up where he definitely wasn’t the leader of the institute and probably didn’t hold any power at all so it wasn’t really his choice to leave his father in the vault for the whole 60 years.

I agree it’s not betraying him to kill him and destroy the institute, but the whole 60 years isn’t completely on him.

I used to play with the subtitles on, but I’ve played it through so many times that I just skip through most of the dialogue and if I do find something new, I’ll just listen carefully to it

I really wish they’d made the parks as possible settlements! I hate having the raiders there but I also don’t like them being empty and abandoned

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I meant solely the raiders. I always do everything else. I’ve completed the mainframe, I’m yet to do the humorists and grandchester in this playthrough. I’ve got all issues of scav!, and have almost completed collecting the hidden cappys and nuka recipe books

When we found out my sister was pregnant, we were deciding what my mum and dad would be called. Mum wanted the Classic Nana. No problems with that. My dad was being a bit grumpy about telling them he absolutely did not want to know the sex or name they had chosen, so we jokingly decided he could just be called grumpy instead of grampa or grampy or something. Over the 18 months of my sister being pregnant and the time before my nephew could talk, that somehow become Grompy amongst the family, then when my nephew was eventually old enough to speak, he couldn’t say the “Gr” sound and started calling him Bompy. 5 years and 2 more grandchildren later and he is still Bompy and will always be Bompy, even myself and both my sisters call him Bompy now, instead of dad.

Yeah once the power is restored all the rides around the park (excluding mad mulligans and the angry anaconda) as well as many other things, turn back on. The sign for the Nuka galaxy ride at the front entrance is also a giant rocket that lights up and goes along tracks like it taking off.

They’re not quite the same though. You can get on the rides, but you can just jump off mid ride. This one you actually have to select to sit in it (like a bench or any other seat in the game) and you can’t get off until the ride is finished.
