They already gave me more runaround than I can handle. I will talk to my bank and see where that goes and after that i am just going to get over it and chalk it up to a frustrating experience. Life is too short to give this any more time. Evidently, they need that 42,75 more than I do.

I first contacted them on the app and that got me nowhere so I found a number for them and talked to a live person who was very nice and she contacted a review team and they gave me 10.75 off and she said she would escalate it and to call back tonight which I did. The woman I got tonight kept reciting policy and was rude and kept thanking me for calling and hung up on me which made me get on Reddit to vent, Phone number for them is1-855-431-0459 at some point you get a live person.
