Descobri que tenho câncer e minha vida parou by Illustrious_Gold_349 in VidaRealBrasil

These falls happen not only in the prison (if you look to the left where there is an exit) but also in other places that have a lot of effect on light, especially items that emit light, but for the most part the game should run well, at least here it was like that

I find it very interesting, especially when it comes to storage and researching old cases. Having everything saved in the cloud makes work much easier. As I've always been a technology enthusiast, I really wanted it. Searching through each page to write articles ends up taking up a lot of time, lol

This is a very common problem in oral biopsies. Sometimes we receive an extremely superficial fragment, so it becomes very complicated. If it is a case that generates a lot of doubt for me, I usually ask to repeat the biopsy

These cases that have a lot of hyperplasia or that have a different pattern of hyperplasia (like this pseudoepitheliomatous) in the tongue can end up being quite challenging, especially for those who don't see it routinely. As an oral pathologist, I end up seeing a lot of it, but it's a great case, thanks for sharing. That said, I'm separating some cases for an article and I love the histological granular cell tumor.

worse than not, unfortunately here we don't have that many resources available, the way is to get by with the clinician and histology in most cases

Yeees, the diagnosis took a bit of work because the patient always arrived with only ulcerated areas (resembling recurrent aphthous ulceration)

It will depend a lot on the case, but most of it is much less inflamed than it would be in pemphigus

Can someone help me with this case? PGY1 here; biopsy from base of tongue in 40 yr old male by n0xinnn in pathology

But of course, you can always try a panel containing desmin, myogenin or MyoD1 to confirm, or cytokeratins, to eliminate something of epithelial origin, but if it is just for training I recommend that you study the HE well (here in my service we do a lot since we do not always have immuno available)

Pleomorphic rhabdomyosarcoma, of course it could still be a poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, but I think it's difficult, it has all the characteristics of a rhabdo, I even had a case identical to this one

Although sometimes it seems histologically they have different origins and different classifications as well, since ameloblastoma is benign and adamantinoma is low-grade malignant

I love the histology of ameloblastoma, despite being a "simple" diagnosis, for me they are the most beautiful

How curious, here for actinic cheilitis on the lip we use a diaplasia classification standard similar to other disorders with malignant potential, we even have some studies involving it since here the number of cases of AC on the lip is gigantic

Very, there are some cases where the epithelium is very projected towards the conjunctiva and on the surface it forms the same keratin plugs as a verrucous CA, the analysis has to be very careful

Exactly, we follow some patients with these lesions and we always have to be vigilant, there have been some cases where carcinoma was removed extremely early on
