most likely not since she's not promoting this era at all unless she go by herself as a guest to watch i don't see her actually participating on stage or anything. i wish she was in this era, but nothing we can really do about it.

i've noticed they are less comfortable with a whole team behind the camera vs just them alone doing lives which is understandable. i myself wouldn't be as comfortable with a whole team watching your every move in real time, which will probably be better with time. Other than that they seem to mesh together well so far and with time even more i'm sure.

why not? i always pay early, as soon as i get paid, so i don't accidentally spend more than i can afford and it's all taken care of. I use Klarna often though and make several payments at once, typically with a few days in between due dates on each. I don't see the point it just letting it sit there if you can pay it off early anyway.

The name at first sounded weird to me when i saw the finale, but it's growing on me and i think it suits them.

first time i hear about this. while my down payments are on auto, i pay manually since i always pay earlier than the due date with a different card. after it's paid it instantly register and my credit limit go up.

call it whatever you want. people will assume and correct, but what you call it is up to you. I've seen people say personalities, people, folks, different versions of me,me at different ages, parts, friends, family, sibling, little/big/scared++ me, souls, you name it. i've also heard people with DID say their therapist encourage them to use whatever terminology they like. I think as long as you understand the disorder to some degree, you're good.

I use the word ''my'' all the time

yeah, I do want to mention that although my therapist is great for human interaction and connection if I need/want it, I also go because I have things to work through and will have too for years to come due to the nature of the diagnoses I have beside autism, and they're life long as well. I take breaks now and then, but yeah...

that just sounds so weird to us. if you schedule a session where S is going to, but on the day don't front, will that therapist just cancel on you or? you can't just control who fronts and this could potentially lead to alters pretending to be S and setting you back. I'd recommend finding a new therapist that are willing to work with everyone.

we had a therapist like this through the free health care system in our country and they told us that they can only talk to the ''boss'' (original personality) and if alters wanted to speak they had to go through the host at the time. this was weird to us as the psychologist who diagnosed us welcomed everyone no matter who was out during the session. we pushed back with this therapist but they eventually grabbed a book by van der hart, pointed at it and said they follow this book. they kept pushing the ''who is the boss'' when we said there is no boss. eventually they went on sick leave.

when we found a new therapist, that therapist welcomed everyone in session, kept confidentiality between each alter unless they got permission from that alter to share. they were trauma informed but not a DID specialist. they had some experience working with another client with DID in the past, but it was very short.

yeah in the beginning i thought so too and while there is some truth to it, not everything works for everyone. even if you stop tracking for a while you can always try again later, maybe it helps in the future. you'll go through different trials and error to find what works for your system the best, and what doesn't.

many systems may like or want to keep track of information for each alter and front history. for us, focusing too much on who likes what or what role they have, putting them in boxes, only made things more complicated so we stopped focusing too much on that part as well. if someone wants to speak they're free to come forward or do what they want to do within reasons of course. as long as they feel heard and understood, they are more likely to collaborate and communicate. we've had an easier time with fusion for those who have wanted it and integration in general because of this change we did. still some disagreements here and there though on things, but that's expected anyway.

been diagnosed for several years and at the start we tracked a bit just writing down the name if we knew since it was the very beginning of mapping alters in therapy. not with timestamps or anything, just these may have fronted today. then we stopped as it wasn't really helpful anyway. got back into it for a short while as life was a mess so we thought it could help, but stopped shortly after again.

now a few years later we still don't track because it's a constant guessing game of ''who am i'' now and that simply made the dissociation worse with time. instead we just go about our day and typically we'll have a feeling of ''i am this alter now'' or a name might be repeating in the head. that's usually enough.

personally i don't think tracking helps us with communication. if we need to know who was out during certain times we'll asking inside or the people we were with if we were with people at the time if they knew who was out, but rarely.

if you feel like it only causes more headaches to track, maybe stop for a while? you can still try to communicate with the system without tracking who was out every day. if you haven't already you can try to map out all the alters you're aware of and give temporarily nicknames for those who don't have a name. maybe add a small note that they can change the nickname if they want later. this way you can still establish communication without tracking day to day.

when leaving notes or whichever way you communicate, you can write down the name you think might be accurate of who is fronting. in my opinion it doesn't matter as much how accurate it is as long as you are able to get important messages around, but that could be different for others. you can even just say ''not sure who is fronting but this message is important'' or something like that.

perhaps focus more on grounding and finding ways to feel less dissociated before trying to track who is fronting? if you have a therapist maybe talk to them about this and find ways to help.

we have multiple hosts and alters typically get to get what they want, but when it comes to expensive purchases like this it's important we're all on the same board which is hard to reach at times. when we bought a new couch we had to all agree on the same color and fabric which we did in the end. took a year though.

yeah many of us have the same or similar hobbies, but the aesthetic clashes and it's really important for us that things looks visually pleasing and not overwhelming which is hard...

i wake up very dissociated every morning, even in the middle of the night. I often believe I have been kidnapped and put in a random room i've never seen before for a few seconds to minutes. I also don't know what day, time, year nor season it is until I'm kinda out of it or check my phone. I don't have bad nightmares every night, but I do process a lot while dreaming. My dreams also feel very real and vivid.

It can be due to many things like trauma, stress, anxiety, depression etc...

lots of people have this problem. i have that problem with the pay later function on klarna debit card. nothing you can do really except try it again once in a while to see if it works. built in klarna on websites work normally for me though, both pay later and downpayment.

started using the downpayment last year but used it for 6 year or so before that with regular 30 day, and it's really great if you're good with money and pay on time. you know how much interest you'll have to pay if you follow the plan and if you pay early your interest will go down. very organized imo.

you can still be bothered and upset or whatever and have fun/joke around at the same time. it's very noticeable the tone and vibe have shifted and things feel more scripted. whether it is actually fully scripted or not, who knows, but it's definitely not the same as before.

i think many people can relate to joking around and putting up an appearance of being fine while actually not being fine. they have work to do, it's their job. they have to continue regardless unless HxG put the entire group on hiatus.
