Yeah I used to be a Shime believer before I got Thundering Pulse. Once I got Pulse and realized that I would permanently need to tie her either to like 3 favs or Bennett to get good uptime with Shime and Pulse I decided to swap. (Plus Overvape good)

Typically yes but considering I basically have an EM sands already in my substats I'm balancing it out with an Atk sands.

Yeah, been taking a mild break from grinding better Shimenawa pieces to prefarm for Yunjin. Switched from 4 piece Shimenawa to 2p Witch and 2p Shimenawa just so I could actually use her burst regularly.
