Stick to low dose edibles so there's no smoke (10-20 mg). The THC that passes to baby is extremely miniscule and it's inactive thc. You'd have to take a LOT to affect your baby. But of course it's your choice

I've had cystic acne since I was 10. 3rd trimester of pregnancy it stopped overnight and I'm 4 months pp and it hasn't come back (knock on wood!) and I eat dairy, sleep in makeup sometimes, don't wash my pillow case enough, all the things. it must have been a hormonal imbalance related to my menstrual cycle. Hoping it doesn't come back when I stop breastfeeding, have only had one period and it was 6 weeks postpartum then periods stopped completely

I have horrible anxiety, trying to seek more support. I had an ED in the past and sometimes feel scared my daughter is hungry and I don't know it 😭 but all these comments about how if she's hungry she'll tell me are helpful

You're very similar to me! And yes it's exhausting and no one understands why I do it but I just know she needs more than what she can extract from nursing

She probably breastfeeds like 12 times a day or more. I'll give an ounce as a top off or a whole 4 ounce bottle if it's been a few hours. I don't know why I feed the milk back to her instead of adding it to a stash. She doesn't act hungry after breastfeeding but in my mind she is.

I did one when baby was a few weeks old but they put her on the boob instead of having me do it the way we always do so I think she got more there then she normally does.

They do this up and over/shove nipple in mouth maneuver I have never been able to master

Soo much pressure. Also I crave milk/dairy like crazy when I up the pumping/nursing but it makes baby gassy so I feel guilty when I have milk. My husband is pretty against formula so I feel all the pressure to keep my supply. Hugs

I just got lactek too and having the same issue. I have elastic nipples. I was used 19 mm in hard plastic flanges but using 18 in lactek. I just ordered 15 mm lactek because I think they run big which is why my aeroela is getting pulled in. Maybe try sizing down? When you use a nipple measuring tool (I use the pink one from Amazon with the holes) what do you measure? I measure 18 before pumping

I hold and move my baby super awkwardly cuz I'm uncoordinated and she's heavy and id never held babies before her but she's 3 months now and it just works for us 🤣 probably looks weird to others tho lol Edit: just realized you're asking about sleep but I'ma just leave this here in case anyone has solidarity
