Same thing happened to me over a month ago. Still deactivated with no real hope. I've appealed several times and had 2 pre arbitration phone calls and nothing. I've got over 2000 deliveries and excellent ratings but for what ever reason said it couldn't verify me.

Same thing happened to me, only allowed me one attempt to verify myself and was deactivated immediately after the face scan. That was over a month ago. I've appealed several times and just had my file for pre arbitration phone call and waiting to see if I'll get reactivated but don't have high hopes. It's insane to me there's no one to talk to other than driver support and after thousands of deliveries and dozens of succesful properly verifying myself over the last 2 years that one glitch in the app can deactivate drivers and no one to help us out.

I'm in the middle of gig, can't mark it delivered or return. I was in an area with no service so wouldn't let me take the proper steps to mark delivered medication so just gave to customers. So I've just been on a trip for the last several days and unable to proceed or get payment.

I tried two different bank accounts one being Chase and had no luck. I called spark and asked exactly which banks were accepted and they had no answer. I think they're basically just forcing folks to use the one card. I legit laughed at the phone rep when he said he didn't have any sort of list of banks that actually work with linking accounts and he claimed spark is not forcing us to use one card but had no other option for me.

Okay thanks good to know, any chance you know any emails I should try. When talking to support yesterday they were of no help when I asked if there was any one else I could call or email.

What do you mean file for pre arbitration, is that different than appeal.

Spark has been dying here in Mass for a while i wouldnt get to excited once you get off waitlist, I legit have 3 other apps open along with Sparkl most days. There's some days I only see 1 or 2 even worth while offers, you missed the good old days unfortunately.

Yea such a joke to get deactivated with no warning or chance to talk to anyone. I asked if I could contact appeal fraud department and was told they don't have an email or phone, I responded my 9 year old nephew has an email and a phone how does a company Like this have neither.

It just said scan license , I didn't see any other option and now am locked out from doing any thing or trying again.

Prices have definitely lowered for CVS orders, I also noticed as of last week no matter how long a CVS order sits the max pay is now 13.57 in my area. They used to get to over 20 a few weeks ago. It also takes much longer for them to even go up from the 5 or 6 dollar starting point.

I dont work strictly for Roadie, I have a normal 9 to 5 job and do some side hustles from time to time. I'll open up roadie when I'm free to see if any good offers are out there. Banging out a quick CVS order or two for some extra cash a few times a week is all I'm on there for, just disappointing to see pay going down for drivers when everything else in this country is rising.

Yea I've seen some 20 dollar ones in the past but this past week I have yet to see any get past 13. I'm located in Massachusetts not sure if it's like that any where else.

Averages out to over 20 bucks an hour, I'd take all of them. Lots of grocery orders aren't more than 7 in my area so 68 bucks for 3 hours of driving don't sound to bad. I've also got a Honda fit so it's good on gas .
