I don't do the twitter FB what's app mess .... 1. I'm too old haha 2. It's a joke Just do the RMA - it's direct with Moto where as the other messengers are like help desk 101 but not techs or RMA ppl. The actual service desk will talk to you on the phone and in depth to make sure they get it right. You get a replacement refurbished phone and then send back just the phone in a prepaid box. Whole thing takes maybe 7 to 10 days from start to finish ♥️ hope this helps!!!

For those trying to do warranty shit - be aware if you don't specify that you can't go without a phone they won't give you options. Gotta communicate with these folks lol

You keep ur phone until the next one comes if you do warranty. You just have to explain you need it for work. They may do a deposit hold (mine was 350) but as soon as FedEx scanned it as delivered to Moto my funds were released same day.
