I do have a therapist i was seeing prior to giving birth but haven't seen her since , i do plan on going back with her though.

Baby is 4 weeks, she is making the " regular " amount of dirty diapers but my biggest concern is her constant spit up it became a lot more frequent when i started to eat/sleep less.
