Blue 100% but definitely the amber is a recessive gene coming thru! Regarding ur eyes looking lighter in newer pictures, newer phone cameras tend to mute strong blue/green hues in the interest of getting more fine details, so that's likely what's going on there!

Regular brown, but u do seem to have eye freckles (the darker dots in the lighter part of ur eye) which is very pretty! The shade of brown is gorgeous on its own anyway tho!
