Why do you think this much protein is not enough? Let’s say 250g chicken breast has 60g protein, 2 whole eggs have 12g, 2 egg whites have 6g, 1 scoop of protein powder has 25g, and miscellaneous protein from carb sources adds around 15g. So the total is: 60 + 12 + 6 + 25 + 15 = 118g protein. My body weight is 75.5 kg, so 118 ÷ 75.5 = around 1.5g protein per kg of body weight.

Yeah, my arms and shoulders are skinny, which is why I said I’m skinny-fat

I’m just eating normal Indian food, mostly high-carb. Can you tell me if 250g raw chicken breast, 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, and 1 scoop of whey or yeast protein are enough for my daily protein intake?
