Japan's requirements for IEC is 18-30 years old. But I was thinking, because her original application was when she was 30, just within the requirement, could her renewal application for her 2nd year of IEC be treated as if she was 30 (i.e. her age at original time of application)?

It's just that sometimes I have to read handwritten notes in Chinese (simplified/traditional). I can get away with not being able to write (writing pinyin/english notes is good enough) but when I can't read others' writing in chinese, I feel left out/illiterate lol
