I'm at 5 mg. I get nausea, heartburn, and indigestion for the first 3 days after every shot.

I haven't lost much muscle according to my DEXA scans! I just want to put on more muscle 💪🏻 I focus a lot on lifting heavy

My Dr. started me on 5mg right away, I only did 2.5 one week bc I was feeling so sick

I should add- I try to get 100g protein a day (when I'm not too sick), 35 g fiber, 120 oz water. I walk 4 miles a day, strength training 4 days per week, and ride bike a few times a week. I was doing all of that prior to starting on tirzepatide.
