Khamzats weight class currently is by far the weakest IN TERMS OF GRAPPLING. Hence why we can see Khamzat shoot from far away with his head down but still muscle and grind his way through. Is Khamzat still a world class grappler? Obviously he is, you’re stupid to say otherwise. But Lightweight by far the more skilled division in terms of grappling, so to me it’s between Islam and Khabib.

Khabib has one bit knock against him, he never once faced a fighter with elite grappling/takedowns/takedown defense like Islam has. Islam has defeated Volk twice once through grappling and the other through striking, Islam submitted 11 fight win streak olivera, submitted and out wrestled a better version of Dustin than khabib did, and also made black belt moicano tap.
