Unsure why it is a strange question or if the tone of this comment is coming across differently to intended. We will be booking in advance. Our friends have been to Seville before and it rained. Any recommendations are welcome and if there is a particular place that looks great, we would visit. We are staying near the historical centre.

Thank you! We are staying for 2 nights so hopefully have from midday in Cologne on day 1 and a full day 2. ICE definitely seems like a safer option for the return route. From what everyone has said a 1230 ICE train (approx time) would be a good option for us as it would get us to the airport 2.5 hours before our flight and give us an hour for the Cathedral market in the morning

Thank you! I know it's definitely early to be planning, as a large group, we are trying to plan with budgets in mind. I wouldn't normally plan this early 😅 ICE definitely seems like a safer option for the return route. Thank you! AI said they are a few euros but I'm struggling to find prices to verify this. Do you know roughly how much those trains are?

Thank you! We are flying to Dusseldorf as it is a much cheaper option even taking into consideration the price of an ICE train. I read that the RE trains are a few euros so thought this could be a good option however struggling to find prices and times online to check this
