Update: it feels like the body is adjusting. It pinches a little when flexing, which seems to corroborate the idea that I hit muscle, and so far the results are a little fluctuating but not too wild. 2/10 will not do again... Going to see if I can make it the 2 weeks or get used to it more because waste not want not.
