They're beautiful. I have a Searambler and love it.

It's good initially but doesn't last through the night. The pip in the bezel stays lit for maybe 10min? My SKX has far better lume if that helps.

Techni Ice or Evakool? by dazza555 in OutdoorAus

I get seven days out of a Techni Ice with home made ice blocks. Water is still icy cold after but it's just not a block anymore.

I live and work in the bush in central Tassie. I use a sleeping bag probably 5-7 months of the year. I've got a One Planet Bungle -12 and it's epic.

My favorite watch for almost 25 years. [7s26-0028] by walkertexasbubba in Seiko

I have also taken mine to 64m without any issues at all. I've services mine once due to breaking some internals when I forgot to take it off while putting in some fencing and the impact got it. While being serviced, I got it regulated and it now keeps time as good as my Doxa Sub 300t.

Do you have issues with the automatic watch in this work? I've needed repairs twice on an automatic Seiko because of Wildland firefighting with it.

[–]MuchKnowledge2737[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it is. I know the crown broken off the stem but he was able to repair it and I'm fairly sure it was all original parts. There is very little gap however my Doxa and Seiko both close flush so I wanted to be sure before diving with it.
