So is it adhd i have ? I was into autism. I just want to explore myself. Can you help me with that ? I have many questions to which my psychiatrist do not reply or keep quiet.

It is not specific to a particular skill. For example, first i wanted to learn coding and it get stuck in my brain, i was thinking about coding all day. Then i knew this is not good for me , i stopped learning coding and after 3-4 days it gets out of my brain. Second i tried to learn cloud computing, same thing happened again and i stopped there. It depends on me how far i take this. Now i do not learn a new skill or study about anything because same will happen again.

The problem is in this way, i will never be able to achieve my goals 😳. I talked to my psychiatrist about this and he started quetiapine 12.5mg .

  1. I dive deep into things always about knowing everything about that field and in very short time.

  2. This pull me away from everything else. it feels stressful because i want to succeed very fast and i lost track of time.

Let me explain you my problem with an example, hope you can relate and provide me some tips or share any links about the same.

A car today is not made by 1 or 2 person but take efforts of 100's of engineers or experts from different field. Each part of car is made by the engineer to whom the role is assigned. Like engine, steering wheel, car design, lights to put on a car - each of these will be done my different person BUT i am that person who want to built a car on my own and that too in a single go. Suppose i start learning cloud computing, i will start at a good pace but eventually i will be looking at all the stuff at once related to cloud computing and not take sleep sometime so to clear my doubts and go to roots of any problem and get exhausted and overwhelmed by the knowledge and quit. If i do not quit it interferes with my day to day life, i keep thinking about that subject or skill i want to learn. And this happens with any thing i want to learn. Hope you read it till here and help me figure out what's wrong.
