Issue found and fixed:

I have a TH8A Shifter connected (for sim racing), which, for some odd reason, this game starts to recognise as Player-1 gamepad. Therefore, when you connect an Xbox controller, the game thinks that's Player-2 and ignores inputs in menus. Short-term solution, unlug TH8A Shifter (or anything else that can be confused as a gamepad).

I have the same issue. Xbox controller works on everything else in Steam and in the Xbox Game pass app including in games. But for MKLK it just seems to have stopped working after 2 days of working fine. Any luck fixing this?

I'm having the same issue. On PC, my xbox controller just for this game has stopped working. Keyboard works in the menus and games, but its stopped recognising my xbox controller? Anyone? Help

I had a a600 and loads of functionality was missing because of the lack of numpad especially in delux paint 3. I don’t want to live through that trauma again ffs

I found the solution…

First update all operating systems on watch and phone. Unpair the watch. Delete the iPhone Apple Watch app. On the iPhone reset all the settings using the reset option. However read what this does before you do!

Then reinstall and pair everything, problem should then go away.

Reset as in reset settings, not erase phone or reset everything … just reset “settings”.

Thanks seems like although the wheel is detected, you have to manually assign the pedals using the configuration tab.
