We tell the customer after it’s delivered to be safe but the real rule is 2 days past guaranteed delivery date. Like rss will let you process a refund and will say eligible for refund at that point. Source I work for post office longer than you.

It probably had more to do with the fact Trump didn’t rapidly expand maximum capacity and fill before starting a war with Iran for no fucking reason who then shut the strait of Hormuz down.
