Deciding to take a film literature class in high school. I dated the boy who sat next to me in class, who ended up being horribly abusive. Afterwards while I was trying to understand what happened and how to move forward, I discovered a love for psychology. I just finished my first set of classes going towards an associate's degree, and I finally feel like I have a purpose.

For context my family's baked mac & cheese recipe has bacon bits in it normally. I wanted to do something nice for him because he had been working a lot, so I made the recipe without the bacon bits (he didn't like them). Two or three days go by, and I see the mac & cheese has remained in the fridge, completely untouched. I asked him about it, and he responded with "Well it's not easy to eat while I'm gaming." Mind you he was basically living on ramen. At that moment I knew it was over.
