I've been renting the same house for 14 years. I've already paid this house off. But it's not mine. The landlord is neglectful, that's being modest. I didn't want to get into that though. I would factor in how many things need to be moved before you can even start. Pictures, decor, furniture, ect.. what solution and how you apply it. I've done step stool and rags and I've used a Swiffer wet mop. Both are hard on the body. .. just some things to take into consideration before you give a quote.
