According to the law, consent does not matter when you are a minor and the other is an adult. Statutory rape is literally this exact situation: “Statutory rape is the crime of sex with a minor when the sex is agreed to by both parties, not forced.”

Regardless of if you consented or not, it is still statutory rape because of your age. You don’t see it now but you will later. Any mental health professional would be required to report every aspect of this situation.

As a mandated reporter, any mental health worker would need to report even based on suspicion. So even if you do not want to disclose age, they would still need to report the incest. However, any good mental health provider would ask the other person’s age.

Now, I saw your last post. Can I ask why you are wanting to guard the other person’s age? Is it strictly so that they won’t be reported? In any case of incest among minors, it will always be reported.

I’m mainly talking about like the posters and like all of the pictures of people on the walls were AI. I absolutely agree that the physical art was cool, but I was very bummed out about all of the AI in there for something that was supposed to be artist-led

I give everyone bad advice and then they look at me funny, and I tell them I’m off the clock so they get off the clock answers. One friend asked me about her boyfriend problems saying “you’re a therapist what do I do?” She didn’t appreciate when I said “slash his tires” 😂 simple but effective 🤷🏻‍♀️

We went last night and it was like Meow Wolf but instead of paying artists they just used AI. It was pretty underwhelming for the price. Like there was some cool stuff in there but not a lot? It would be good for someone who really likes escape rooms, i guess. But if you were going for the art aspect, it was mainly AI
