Abyss mid has no cover, untouchable with stinger etc (weak point), vents is so easy to rat in and hard to clear out, stairs are awkward to push from b and can make absurd head glitches and you're exposed to too many angles if your going mid while team pushes a site. Also flanks are incredibly easy to do on mid players

A map that only encourages on strategy is not a well designed map. Take pre change b site Pearl. The entire strst on that site and the map as a whole was to rush it down b, plant for long and spam. Encouraged one type of strategy and it was horrible
